Recommendations for use
Traditional oven only
Do not use on a hob
Wash in warm, soapy water before first use, rinse and dry.
Before each use, always lightly grease your dish. To preserve the anti-adhesive coating,
do not use metal or sharp-edged utensils. Never heat up an empty dish. Do not add cold
water to a hot dish
Never use too close from the grill to avoid excessive temperature what can provoke a distortion of the dish or burn food (and let stains on the dish)
Let the dish cool down before cleaning. Wash in warm water with a standard dishwashing
liquid. Do not use scouring pads or abrasives; prefer the use of a nylon brush to avoid
damaging the coating. Your utensils are dishwasher safe, but always dry thoroughly the
rear side of the dish after washing to prevent rust. Never use chlorinated products or
If some burnt food remains, we recommend to let soak some hours in hot soapy water and clean it with a sponge. For better results you can add in the water some baking soda.
