How to clean my metal roaster and keep it as long as possible

1. Wash it by hand with a sponge , with a non abrasive cleaner
2. If food is attached, soak for a few hours with soapy water and wash it then with a sponge (you may add some baking soda in the water also)
3. Always dry the dish, do not forget the bottom to prevent it from rusting
4. Do not use a scouring pad or abrasive cleaner
