This warranty does not cover professional use, normal wear and tear, damage due to impacts, drops or failure to follow recommendations for use. You will find advice on use as well as the warranty conditions in the packings or on our website in the "FAQ" section.
For any request, we will ask you to provide and communicate the following information to us:
- explain when and under what circumstances the breakage or defect was observed, so that we can better understand the problem
- proof of purchase (invoice)
- One or several photos of the item (with our logo visible- mandatory to prove that is our product)
- The external dimensions of the article
- Your address and telephone number essential to be able to proceed with the exchange
